Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The nasal septum seen deviated to left side with oedematous nasal mucosa, the middle and inferior turbinates hypertrophied ( anatomical structures in nasal cavity - they are increased in size and causing difficulty in air passage).
2.There is a polyp kind of growth / thickening seen in the maxillary sinus both sides and minimum ethmoidal mucosal thickening. Rest all findings appears normal.
3.In this case initially a course of antibiotic treatment is given and followup if things goes better well and good.
4.Other wise a FESS - functional endoscopic sinus surgery is indicated - where an scope with a camera sent inside and needful intervention done with a sample for pathological evaluation ( in case of polyp / growth).
5.After treatment through surfer a followup for at least one year and then if symptomatic. Good luck.
6.The problem is infective / inflammatory reaction or a growth. Maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
